Ultrasonic cleaning transducers generally use the horn-type composite matrix structure (which is Lan Jie Wenzizhu structure), which consists of front and rear metal cover, piezoelectric ceramic wafer, prestressed screw, electrode sheet, and insulating sleeve. Apply appropriate prestress, the transducer in high-power, high-amplitude conditions have good electromechanical conversion efficiency.
